Office project set for La Frontera

An Austin developer begins construction this fallon a 32,350-square-foot office building in Round Rock's La Frontera development.

RDW Holdings Inc., which does business as Robert D. Wunsch Development, is managing developer for the project. The four-story building, to be called Vintage Plaza, could be ready for occupancy in summer 2002.

A street address hasn't been determined. The site is adjacent and south of an office project under development by Kennedy-Wilson International.

Leases in the works, although not yet signed, could fill 70 percent of Vintage Plaza before construction begins in early summer. The building is expected to have a drive-through bank and surface parking.

Tommy Tucker at Robert D. Wunsch Development is marketing Vintage Plaza for lease.
